How to fix DisneyPlus error code 87 (1 minute solution)

1. Log out of DisneyPlus on your device.


2. Turn the device off and then on again.


3. Log in to DisneyPlus again. If you receive an error message stating 'DisneyPlus error code 87' or 'Password not found', check to see if anyone in your family has changed the password.
